It&#8217;s the initial entry of an on-going series on outdoor adventures that will\u00a0run every Thursday just after noon on 102.3 in south Siskiyou County and 101.7 in north Siskiyou County.<\/p>\n<p>Here&#8217;s what Cindy and I covered:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The Lake Siskiyou Trail around Lake Siskiyou.<\/li>\n<li>The Mount Shasta Trail Association and its work on the Lake Siskiyou Trail.<\/li>\n<li>My hiking guidebook <a title=\"100 Classic Hikes in Northern California hiking book\" href=\"https:\/\/northerncaliforniahikingtrails.com\/blog\/hiking-guides\/100-classic-hikes-in-northern-california\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\"><em><strong>100 Classic Hikes in Northern California<\/strong><\/em><\/a>.<\/li>\n<li>My hiking guidebook <em><strong><a title=\"75 Hikes in California's Mount Shasta and Lassen Volcanic National Park Regions hiking guidebook\" href=\"https:\/\/northerncaliforniahikingtrails.com\/blog\/day-hiking-mount-shasta-lassen-trinity-alps-trails\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">75 Hikes in California&#8217;s Mount Shasta and Lassen Volcanic National Park Regions<\/a><\/strong><\/em>.<\/li>\n<li>The hike along the Pacific Crest Trail to the Deadfall Lakes and the Mount Eddy summit.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Future interviews will cover great places to hike in and around <a title=\"Siskiyou County Visitors Bureau\" href=\"http:\/\/www.visitsiskiyou.org\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener noreferrer\">Siskiyou County<\/a>, and also farther afield in Northern California.
