I can suggest your description could be updated a bit. That peak is now called "Antler Point." In the last paragraph of my second edition, you could now replace "an old corral" with "remnants of an old corral". Also, I suggest you mention the Pala Seca cabin now undergoing renovation that is encountered along the "0.8 mile to regain the ridge top" in the second to last paragraph.
