Golden Gate National Recreation Area Explorations

Gambolin’ Man writes beautiful essays about his wanderings through the natural world. They are always insightful, and he uses gorgeous pictures to drive the message home.

How? Easily. This park gives you the first taste of what Northern California has to offer. When I’m up there (usually visiting family), I try to explore at least one new location. My favorite is Muir Woods.

Ken, I also love Muir Woods. I’ve done some house-sitting in San Francisco over the last couple of years, so I’ve been able to do some exploring in the area.

Gambolin’ Man is my incredible son, Tom, a gift from God. Thank you for recognizing what I knew all along. He’s my nature son. I hope all who read your blogs enjoy Tom’s words and pictures of joy and beauty of Mother Nature!
