I’ve followed the story of Li’l Smokey the Bear’s rescue and recovery and subsequent release into the Klamath National Forest. Now Adam Deem, the forester who rescued Li’l Smokey, has published a book in collaboration with his wife Celeste Deem, with illustrations by Ryan M. Lamb.
